Community Upcycle Art Day @ Fillagreen

Finger crochet, knit, or weave with us using yarn made from diverted textile waste to create a permanent wall hanging for fillagreen's store.

Fillagreen’s new Storefront in Manassas Virginia is looking to build community and fill some of the empty space on their walls.

I will teach finger crochet techniques tips and tricks for upcycling clothing into art. The parts and pieces made during the open community workshop will be connected to create one cohesive hanging piece inspired by a sunset at the beach to be displayed in their store for years.
